Sam's professional journey began at a renowned domestic baking equipment manufacturer in China. As a graduate of a top food engineering program, he could have comfortably thrived within the established system. He delved deep into the front lines of research, development, and production, quickly mastering every detail of the equipment. However, he gradually discovered a conflict between his inner principles and the reality of the industry. He saw an industry swept up in a wave of homogenization, prioritizing mass production over research and development, while diverse customer needs were dismissed as troublesome "non-standard" requests. This unwavering pursuit of technical detail and a desire to create genuine value for customers planted the seeds of change in his heart.

In 2015, Mr. Sam's entrepreneurial journey began in a humble workshop. In those difficult early stages, a natural, symbiotic model allowed him to find his path to growth. He met many entrepreneurs just like himself—founders of emerging equipment brands. They understood the market and had customers but struggled to find a reliable factory that was both technically proficient and didn't have high Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements. Thus, a "win-win partnership" was born: the brand founders focused on market development, while Sam's workshop became their most flexible and reliable technical backbone.

In this co-creative model, Sam's factory grew alongside its partners. To honor their trust, he not only traveled to countless client sites to solve complex technical problems but also insisted on visiting Europe annually to learn the most advanced technologies and manufacturing processes, gradually becoming a renowned expert in baking equipment customization. After a decade of development, the technical team he led had become a unique force in the industry, having successfully helped at least 50 brands thrive.

For an engineer in pursuit of perfection, top-tier technology must be matched with top-tier manufacturing capabilities. In recent years, he has invested heavily in importing advanced equipment, including a Swiss Bystronic cutting machine and an Italian Salvagnini bending center. At this point, he was not only an expert in technology but also possessed manufacturing capabilities on par with world-class standards.

This year marks the tenth anniversary of Mr. Sam's entrepreneurial journey.
