On May 19, 2025, the 27th Bakery China exhibition officially kicked off at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. As one of the largest and most influential professional baking events in Asia, the show has attracted hundreds of bakery equipment manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, and innovative baking brands from around the world—highlighting the strong momentum and continued growth potential of both China’s and the global baking markets.
The exhibition floor features a strong presence of industry leaders, with top brands like Sinmag、 Unox and AMF showcasing their latest advancements in automation, energy efficiency, and system integration.
Meanwhile, we observed a growing number of small-scale bakeries and independent bakers from around the world actively seeking customized equipment solutions tailored to their specific needs.
